Description:
Motivating and leading the team in a safe and efficient manner, the Crusader Foreman is responsible for the delivery of high-quality workmanship to the complete satisfaction of all stakeholders. They are experts in the installation of all commercial security fencing types.
Responsibilities:
- High quality installation of many fence types
- Supervision and training of others
- Reporting on project updates
- Occasional project and team management
Requirements:
- 3+ years installing the following fence types:
- Heavy industrial fence
- Industrial chain link
- Iron fencing
- School fencing
- Commitment to high quality work and integrity
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime, as necessary
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs, bend, stoop, reach, and stand for an extended period
Preferred:
- Welding experience
- Experience operating skid steers or track loaders
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
