Description:
As a Construction Yard Associate, you will be in an active, fast-paced role where you can work with your hands and learn new skills. Your role ensures that our field teams have the materials and equipment they need to build top quality fencing and security gates.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clearing and loading field vehicles to support field crews
- Locate, cut, and prep materials and operate a forklift to move the materials
- Assist in keeping warehouse and yard clean and orderly
- Receive and deliver shipments of construction materials
- Support the inventory management process
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years forklift experience
- Commitment to high quality work and integrity
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime, as necessary
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs, bend, stoop, reach, and stand for an extended period
Preferred:
- Experience in commercial fencing or construction
- Experience operating skid steers or track loaders
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
